Received a notice my car was done from service department!! It wasn't. Told to sit and wait another 35 minutes looking at-my own car-which was sitting there with the keys in it. But hey at least I department!! It wasn't. Told to sit and wait another 35 minutes looking at-my own car-which was sitting there with the keys in it. Had a pretty bad experience. Arrived early for my appointment and asked for shuttle service. My services told me the time that they leave and told me I could sit while I wait. He never told me where to wait for them, so I missed it. I ended up waiting the whole time there for 3 hours. Will not be going back. More
