I bought this 2020 Hyundai Palisade in August 2019 it now has 31,000 miles on it and Mario has always been on top of his game. He is an outstanding professional representative for Brandon Hyundai. I had another one who is no longer there for two visits and I was dissatisfied with the service at that time from her, but as long as I have Mario in my corner, I have no problems. I’ve had nothing but a Hyundai since 2014 Sonata, Genesis and now a Palisade. I purchased this Hyundai Palisade Limited FWD from Brandon Hyundai and it’s been an outstanding vehicle. Awful- will never go to this dealership again. I purchased two Hyundai Elentra on same day. One was recalled for a windshield issue. I brought Elantra into service department they scheduled anothe I purchased two Hyundai Elentra on same day. One was recalled for a windshield issue. I brought Elantra into service department they scheduled another appointment to be fixed at 8:00 AM the following week- I arrived at 7:45 AM- the glass company that was to fix the windshield never showed up, Brandon Hyundai would not give me a loaner car. At 12 AM I left. Two visits for the same issue with no results. I’m done with Brandon Hyundai.- Hyundai sold me a defective car which is still not fixed More
