First time there, not impressed. I was told 2 hours for an oil change and it was 3 1/2 hours???? I feel I was made to wait because I didn’t accept the suggestion of additional $500 I was told 2 hours for an oil change and it was 3 1/2 hours???? I feel I was made to wait because I didn’t accept the suggestion of additional $500 worth of service. The one positive was the shuttle service. More
