Donnie was my advisor and his communication was nonexistent. I was the one having to call and check on my vehicle. My car went in on Saturday and I told him I needed it back by Tuesday by 1pm at th nonexistent. I was the one having to call and check on my vehicle. When I called to find out why it wasn't ready I talked to Dave because Donnie was at lunch and when I asked why I wasn't given an update Dave snapped back at me telling me "I guess Donnie just shouldn't eat!" Worst customer service ever. Mario helped me 2 weeks prior and was wonderful, communicated multiple times during my service. Mario ended up helping fix this issue when I went to the dealership. More
