Service on car was prompt and complete. Period the reason I gave an average reading, was related to the lack of knowledge of pretty much everyone I talk to as far as how they shuttle servic Period the reason I gave an average reading, was related to the lack of knowledge of pretty much everyone I talk to as far as how they shuttle service was handled. Finally, I found somebody who was telling me that I was signed up to get a shuttle ride home at the time I dropped off my car. However, when the shuttle driver was called, he said he had just left with another customer and it would be at least a half an hour, which turned into 45 minutes, before he got back. Fortunately, the service was quick and I only had to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes after the shuttle driver arrived back to get my car. It would’ve been a waste of time to take the shuttle home and turn right around to come back and get my car when I could wait an additional 15 minutes and not have to take the courtesy ride. More

Brought my car in the first time for repairs on April 23, 2022. Was finally fixed the 3rd time I brought it in on June 6, 2022. Then, when I got my car back, come to find out there were things stolen out of 2022. Was finally fixed the 3rd time I brought it in on June 6, 2022. The person who was handling my car named Mark was horrible. Jacin the manager had to take over for my car. My car was at the dealer for 5 and half weeks for just a mirror.
