Brought my car in for a SCHEDULED service (check engine light was on and an oil change). After waiting 30 minutes, I was finally checked in. After sitting in the trailor for 3 hour of no communication light was on and an oil change). After waiting 30 minutes, I was finally checked in. After sitting in the trailor for 3 hour of no communication I called the main number to find out the status of my appointment. When I finally heard back , I was told my car hadn't been diagnosed and the oil change was not started. I asked for my car back and after 15 minutes it was returned. As you can expect, I was extremely irate because I was sitting there for so long without any communication at all. I understand staffing shortages and know that everyone is doing the best they can. HOWEVER, there was no communication and if I was told there would be a 3 hour weight...I would have rescheduled my appointment. Knowing that you are shortstaffed, you should not be scheduling so many appointments in 1 day I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be back. More

Your service manager Jacin was not very accommodating to his customers! I saw and heard him insinuate that the issue with not just my vehicle but another customers also. I was told by the other customer tha his customers! I saw and heard him insinuate that the issue with not just my vehicle but another customers also. I was told by the other customer that she too came in for a recall and her vehicle was not working properly. We were both told by Jacin that they could not help us with a loaner or a rental vehicle while parts were being ordered. My advisor Harold was very polite and thoughtful when he informed me he tried to get my warranty to cover the rental and they would only pay for a day . It took me calling the general manager Tim Jimel to get a return call from Jacin and for him to put me in a rental because my car wouldn’t lock or the computer shut off it was very stressful. I want to thank both Harold an Tim for taking the time to ensure that I was satisfied with my car repairs. I will continue to have my vehicle services done here but I don’t wish to deal with Jacin again. Thank you More
