Had to bring car in , although we told service we needed the part replaced that holds the license plate light in place They made us bring it in so they could look at it( 3 and hours of my time) then bring the part replaced that holds the license plate light in place They made us bring it in so they could look at it( 3 and hours of my time) then bring it in the next week to have them put it in ( another 3 on half hours of my time) More

I’m glad I chose Brandon. They take pride in how they treat customers. My vehicle took a little longer but it was very busy so that was expected. They take pride in how they treat customers. My vehicle took a little longer but it was very busy so that was expected. More
I just want to start off by saying I came here in March of 2021 and I had an amazing experience with a salesman that no longer works there - I came in for a used Tucson and left with a brand new one at an of 2021 and I had an amazing experience with a salesman that no longer works there - I came in for a used Tucson and left with a brand new one at an amazing price. I returned today to get my Tucson appraised - not even 11k miles and in pristine condition... They low balled the appraisal and wouldn't work with us on the MSRP of the Hyundai Santa Fe. The GSM, Jonathan Soto, was an absolute nightmare and had the worst attitude especially towards a return customer. When we asked if he could work with us on the appraisal or the MSRP he said no and so we said we were going to go and he said "okay cool good luck" and crinkled up the paper that had all the quotes printed out for me and walked away. If he treats repeat customers this way, I can imagine how he's training everyone else to act and can imagine the sales that are being missed out on. My Tucson with low miles and the condition it's in, is in high demand - you need my car, i don't need anything but wanted something a little bigger for my family. Because I wasn't allowing him to screw me over on a deal, he couldn't even be respectful enough to say "no, sorry I can't do that but here's my card maybe we can help you out in the future when the market is a little better" something a little more pleasant than basically a "f you, good luck". I had also mentioned I had briefly spoken to Wesley Chapel Hyundai and he proceeded to ask us "why we didn't just go there instead of wasting time here"... Because we had an appointment here first? And it's also called shopping around....? That's what you do when you look for a new car? Terrible customer service and I was beyond disappointed considering the amazing experience I had last year at this same dealership. Not to mention they only have one very small building right now and the parking lot is dirt and rocks because they're doing construction... I know you need sales and I know you need used cars, so work with me on price and go price gouge the next person who doesn't have the same knowledge of car buying that I do... Will not be returning here, ever. More
This is me and my wife's experience this morning at Brandon Hyundai in her words below. Experiences like this is why I originally told her to go German made or Lexus, but she had a great experience the Brandon Hyundai in her words below. Husband: Great job Mr.Soto you have turned away a repeat customer that believed in your brand/product...all I can say is...."I told you to go to Audi or any of the big 3 (Benz, Audi, Bmw) at least they know some basic customer service and retention skills. I just want to express my appreciation for your service at Brandon Hyundai on Wednesday, April 27. I was very worried about the dead battery on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Mr. Joseph Didio set up an appoint at Brandon Hyundai on Wednesday, April 27. I was very worried about the dead battery on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Mr. Joseph Didio set up an appointment for me to check the alternator, did a very thorough inspection of my car and were so helpful, flexible, considerate and patient. For that I thank you. If there were a rating from one to 10, I would give you a 20! Thank you again. I would also like to acknowledge Courtney who helped me with setting up the appointment. More
Excellent service and was treated very well by Harold De La Cruz.
