I think management needs to ensure there are sufficient oil change/tire rotation staff to meet the Saturday demand for these services. It took 3 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. This way too l oil change/tire rotation staff to meet the Saturday demand for these services. It took 3 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. This way too long. Also, I only gave for stars for the visit as the air pressure in the tires was not changed to meet Hyundai specs of 34 pounds. I had to do this the next day. More
