The conditions for the parking lot were atrocious. Once my vehicle was ready it looked worse than when we arrived and needed an immediate car wash. They were under staffed and not prepared for the conditions of the day. The Service Advisor, Mark was very friendly and kept us updated regarding our vehicle. Whoever moved our vehicle after being serviced parked our car immediately up against another vehicles bumper. You couldn't even slide a piece of paper between our rear bumper and the other cars front bumper. The inside of the vehicle and windows were left extremely dirty after the vehicles service. More

The only thing they did correctly was change the oil and change my filters I brought it in because the transmission was acting funny they say there’s no problem also the automatic shut off when you stop at change my filters I brought it in because the transmission was acting funny they say there’s no problem also the automatic shut off when you stop at a red light didn’t work and they said they did upgrades and everything and it works fine without it hasn’t worked since I left the dealership the other problem was they parked it in the mud in the plate the car was filthy including the interior when I left and it how I will never bring it back again More
