I brought my car in for an oil change. The mechanic forgot to put the oil cap back on. I had oil all over the engine and all over my driveway. I brought it back for them to put more oil The mechanic forgot to put the oil cap back on. I had oil all over the engine and all over my driveway. I brought it back for them to put more oil in and the cap. The mechanic did not put anything on the drivers floor to protect it from the dirt on his feet. It normally wouldn’t be so bad but because of the construction the dirt was pretty bad. He was also suppose to clean the oil off the engine. 5ere was still puddles of oil. He had to come out and clean it off. The first time, he also did not reset so it continued to say it needed service. Also, when I first got there, I felt like I was invisible. The service techs just walked right past me without saying a word. No one said I”lol be right with you or how can I help you. This is the second time I have experienced this. It is not until you say something to get someones attention that you are acknowledged. Hopefully, the next time I am there will be a better experience. More
