Brought my 2014 Veloster in for an engine rebuild in late Nov. Car was returned 15 weeks later, in late Feb. Engine rebuild was done to my satisfaction. However, there was both cosmetic damage to the c Nov. Car was returned 15 weeks later, in late Feb. Engine rebuild was done to my satisfaction. However, there was both cosmetic damage to the car and non-functioning items when the car was returned to me. Was told by the Service Manager, Jacin, that Brandon Hyundai would make it right. I was OK with overlooking the cosmetic issues, in order to get the following repaired (inoperative windshield washer, inoperative radio touchscreen, missing rubber cover on the rear hatch release). Jacin refused to repair these items. All were 100% functional when the car was dropped off in Nov. Called Jacin a number of times, but never got a call back. It seems that dealer profit is more important than customer satisfaction @ Brandon Hyundai. I am in the market for a new car and would still consider a Hyundai vehicle, but would not buy from Brandon Hyundai, based on my service experience with Jacin. More
