Abel Gomez did a great job as my advisor. The time estimated was for 1.5 Hrs.and it took over 2 hrs. My only concern was that this was just a tire repair and it seems too long for it. Not my favorite car buying experience. Lots of miscommunication and promises that did not happen on the sales end. They mislead me the day of pickup all day saying my car had been detailed Lots of miscommunication and promises that did not happen on the sales end. They mislead me the day of pickup all day saying my car had been detailed and I arrived it had not! It was given to me dirty. My license plate was missing too. They denied receiving it until the service manager located it w the finance guy. Stefano was so late delivering the keys I was charged an extra day by enterprise for their rental car I had. Awful service. More
