I had a 9:30am appointment on Saturday for a simple oil change and a recall. They wanted to keep my car the whole day. I said no I don't have the luxury of doing that and they still took over 2 & 1/2 hours change and a recall. They wanted to keep my car the whole day. I said no I don't have the luxury of doing that and they still took over 2 & 1/2 hours before my car was ready and I had to hunt down my consultant. Also the cost of the oil change doubled. Construction everywhere. This site should be closed while they work on it. Customer service definitely lacks. More

when I brought my truck in it was for oil leak I had to leave it over night to get it fix. When I pick it up the engine light was on and no one noticed it when I brought it in the engine light wasn't on no leave it over night to get it fix.
