They never answer phone anytime you call you get told a service advisor will call you back and they NEVER do. If you walk in for a question most of the time you are ignored while they chit chat with each o service advisor will call you back and they NEVER do. I arrived with a coupon for an oil change for $17. 95 including synthetic oil and filter. I brought my own oil and filter. When I received my bill, they tried to charge me $29.95. When I questioned the 95 including synthetic oil and filter. I brought my own oil and filter. When I received my bill, they tried to charge me $29.95. When I questioned the manager about it, I was informed that they have a quota to use their oil and filter. I get that if they were charging me extra for the oil and filter but the fact that I am using my own, and the the price included both oil and filter. If that is how it works, then throw a filter and 5 quarts of oil in the garbage. If in fact, that is how it works, then I should have been informed of the up charge when I signed in, not when I received my bill. It felt shady! More
