Took me 3 phone calls before I was able to get a routine maintenance appointment. No one seems to like returning phone calls there. They blame it on the construction outside which has absolutely nothing to maintenance appointment. No one seems to like returning phone calls there. When I arrived I was told the service wouldn’t take more than an hour and I was in the tv with 3 screaming kids for almost 3 hours. Top that off with I never got my video of what they did to my car. I went in for an alignment and wheel balance and got my car back with my multiple issues. My car drives worse than what it did before I took it in.
