There was no communication at any point regarding what was going to happen with my car. I called three times and left messages never receiving a respond. The only reason I was finally able to locate my ve was going to happen with my car. I called three times and left messages never receiving a respond. 2 hours for an oil change is a bit ridiculous. Also had a mini panic attack because they lost my keys but eventually found them somewhere in the back.
