Would be nice for employees to arrive to work on time (manager's words). Also communication when having someone's vehicle would be nice. Apparently miscommunication..fine. ordered parts with an advisor that day and scheduled a date to return. Again 7am appointment(not one there at 7am) and was told my car would be ready at 2pm or 3pm. No call, video, email or text until after I called inquiring about the process. Finally got an email at 5pm stating car will not be finished until tomorrow. Again leaving me with out a vehicle. More

Was talked down to by the gentleman who called to tell me the diagnosis, then was told it would be 16-17k to fix, as the car would need a new motor. Ended up going to a local mechanic who repaired the car fo the diagnosis, then was told it would be 16-17k to fix, as the car would need a new motor. Ended up going to a local mechanic who repaired the car for $350. (just needed coils, not a new motor) Overall a terrible experience. More
