Service was awful. Brought my car for an appointment at 12:20 and gad to wait until passed 6pm for an oil change. No shuttle service. Brought my car for an appointment at 12:20 and gad to wait until passed 6pm for an oil change. No shuttle service. More
Great working with Harold and getting my car fixed. But had to get the repairs corrected at another shop after their mechanic forgot to plug a few sensors back in place But had to get the repairs corrected at another shop after their mechanic forgot to plug a few sensors back in place More

They almost double the cost of parts compared to the other Hyundai dealers in the area. $370 for a safety plug on my 2015 Hyundai sonata hybrid which other dealers nearby only charged $170 and it was not bad. $280 for a 12 volt Battery. $160 for diagnostic test which was not done. I asked them to see the diagnostic results so I would know what the codes were. They didn't have any paperwork because they never did the diagnostic test. But wanted to charge me for it. $240 for labor which took less than 5 minutes for the technician putting a multimeter on the safety plug and saying the plug was shorted and needs replaced. Well let me school you on the safety plug. This device is a fuse. And when you put an ohm meter on it, you will read 0 ohms. Which means the fuse is good. That tells me your technician doesn't have a clue what he is doing. I proved it to the service representative that was dealing with my case. He said he was just going by what the technician told him was the problem. So I want to set the record straight. I don't blame the service representative for the misdiagnosis, he's just the person relaying the message to the customer. I have an issue with the technician that doesn't know how to troubleshoot. I didn't give them the satisfaction to rip me off so I decided to have my car toad to another Hyundai dealer in Tampa and they found the problem which cost me less then $400. More
I have always had a very good relationship with this dealership, regardless to whether it’s related to purchasing a vehicle or having service done on my car. I walk in sad, and walk out happy. Very helpful in finding the problem and fixing it. Thankfully it was a simple fix, though it could have caused a big problem! The videos are really helpful. Thankfully it was a simple fix, though it could have caused a big problem! The videos are really helpful. More
Website scheduling doesn't work, the advisors know this but it doesn't get fixed. When you call, they don't answer the phone and don't call back after multiple messages. but it doesn't get fixed. When you call, they don't answer the phone and don't call back after multiple messages. More
