I was told a 1-2 hour wait time and ended up being there for 5 hours waiting on my vehicle. They told me the sound I was hearing was the dual clutch which I knew was incorrect as well. You have an appointment. You get there before your Express Oil Change appt. YET it is 4 hours for what would be 20" at Jiffy Lube.... Then they park it so it takes 3 people to get it out.
