I understand y'all were understaffed/ overbooked 2 days in a row, but I would expect a phone call in situations where I can't be seen in a timely manner or at all. I was there at my appt time, about 15 or in a row, but I would expect a phone call in situations where I can't be seen in a timely manner or at all. I was there at my appt time, about 15 or more cars back. By the time the person checking me in made it back to me he suggested I come back at 3 because it will only take them an hour to do the oil change. I returned the same day at 3, and was seen by someone else and told that my wait would be 2 hours or more. I was told to come back the next day at 3. I returned the next day as instructed, it took 36 minutes to get checked in (I sat in my car with the window down the whole time). I arrived at 2:52pm and was able to get in my car at 5:29, 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Mind you, that was my 3rd trip in 2 days. I am not happy about having to wait this long for an oil change (all my oil changes at this facility have been excessively long in my opinion). I would not recommend the oil change service package to anyone I know. More
