This is my first time being there in a long time. I usually go to another dealership closer to my home but they were not able to schedule an appointment. The Brandon dealership was able to accommodate usually go to another dealership closer to my home but they were not able to schedule an appointment. The Brandon dealership was able to accommodate my appointment requests. With the remodeling going on there, there is a lot chaos but they have been able to maintain a sense humor and good customer service. I appreciate everything they did and I look forward to bringing my car to them for any further maintenance More

I have not had a bad experience yet with Brandon Hyundai’s service center. There is nothing that makes it overall outstanding but they are courteous and not pushy. I have visited the dealership twice so far and the experiences have been positive. I cannot thank them enough for making things happen especially since both of the times I have passed by has been with experiences have been positive.
