Phone lines were fine. The call went to voice mail. I left my name, phone number and a short explanation of my problem. The voice mail said that the person would get back with me. No one ever did. I finally went on line and made an appointment. I am currently waiting to hear if the part they need to repair has come in. It’s been 7 business days since my initial appointment.
