If Harold DeLaCruz hadn’t been there this review would be a whole lot different. I have seen 2 different advisors before my last attempt to get a decent resolution and instead of being brushed off he actua a whole lot different. drove an hour to specifically come to this dealership. After arriving at the dealership for my appointment, sat in the service drive-thru where nobody came out to greet. Went inside and informed them I had an appointment which is when they told me a 30-minute job was going to take over 2 hours due to "construction". I understand construction slows things down but four times the amount of time? Then when moving my car they loaded it up with four people like a taxi cab to take it to the service Bay. I was not pleased. Two and a half hours later my car was complete. $270 for a drain & fill. Poor.... Poor customer service, high prices. More
Dropped vehicle off on Friday afternoon for service, received call on Tuesday indicating they couldn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle. Agreed to test drive with a service advisor. Arrived at deale received call on Tuesday indicating they couldn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle. Agreed to test drive with a service advisor. Arrived at dealership and approached vehicle and found heavy damage to the drivers side quarter panel, front bumper and headlight. Little information was shared as nobody seemed to know where the damage came from except the vehicle was hit by a customer. Requested information and details: where was vehicle parked, how did this happen, when did this happen? All I received was a screen shot of insurance cards and a text from Harold DeLacruz indicating he was busy and would deal with it when he returned. He suggested I call my own insurance company. When I asked why, he said he never dealt with this before. I asked for assistance from multiple persons in service and there wasn’t one person that offered to help or even appeared interested. After reaching out to Brandon Hyundai’s corporate HQ, Morgan Auto Group and the GM, I finally received a return call and was told my vehicle was struck on Sunday and nobody notified me. The service department was not able to keep my vehicle safe in their care and custody and then failed to perform any sort of remedies relevant to the incident. They left me to call insurance companies and file claims. There is zero chance I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. More
Horrible experience on multiple occasions. All of the staff, especially the higher up managers, have very poor customer service skills and are quite rude. We first met with Benny and discussed our desire with a new car. There wasn’t one in stock at that time, nor in the 500 mile radius; however, a week later I received a call from Benny stating they had jus new car.
