I have two Sante Fe`s, a 2013 and a 2016. I have used Brandon Hyundai to service both vehicles since I purchased them at this location. Harold De La Cruz (and Faten Dik) have most recently, been my service representatives. Harold was my rep the last two visits on my 2016. He goes over what he thinks needs to be done at each visit and we do as much as we can - no muss, no fuss. I usually wait in the waiting room so I can be available should they find "something" else. I like getting my cars taken care of at this location. I am anxious to see what the new service center will look like. More
My 'forward collision assistance' light and several others came on for no good reason. Made appt, When I arrived I was told it would be at least 2 hours. Why the appt? After 2 1/2 hours I was told I ne others came on for no good reason. Made appt, When I arrived I was told it would be at least 2 hours. Why the appt? After 2 1/2 hours I was told I needed a part and that it would be 3 days to get it and I should have someone come get me. No loaners and too far for the courtesy van. After a very short conversation with the service manager they called the van driver and I waited another 45 minutes to be picked up and given a ride home. An hour after I finally got home, I got an email telling me that I missed my appointment and asking if I wanted to reschedule. WHAT??? I was told my problem was common. Why no parts in stock for common problems? Driver side floor mat, pedals, and door frame step in was left a mess, muddy,dusty, dirty. Worst run service department that I have ever experienced. More

You wanted to charge me 482.00$ to fix the light. The part cost 50.00$ and I installed it in 30 min and I have never put one in before. So you are a huge Rrip off.
