Was asked to receive a follow up call from my service on Genesis for TPMS sensor replacement. Still have not received a call in 3 days. when initially went to pick up car, sensors not fixed and inside of v Genesis for TPMS sensor replacement. Still have not received a call in 3 days. when initially went to pick up car, sensors not fixed and inside of vehicle was covered in mud. Asked to refund part of my $900 bill and still am waiting to hear back. I would not buy a car from this dealer as I am not impressed with their service and the dealership. I originally purchased from here but not sure what happened in the last couple years More

When I made an appointment for a recall and a oil change on my wife’s car I was told it would take 1 hour when I arrived at the dealership they informed me that it would be 3-4 hours. After I arrived home m on my wife’s car I was told it would take 1 hour when I arrived at the dealership they informed me that it would be 3-4 hours. After I arrived home my wife’s car was dripping oil all over my driveway they were very sloppy pouring in the oil and the filter was not tightened down all the way. Mark was most accommodating and sensed how important it was to me to have the recall addressed immediately. It was a computer program upgrade issue, & I was scheduled for the next morning.
