I will never return to this dealership . Worst experience ever. I made my appointment on line for 3:00 pm to get a 15,000 mile maintenance. (Oil change tire rotation) I was meet by a service advisor and took ever. I made my appointment on line for 3:00 pm to get a 15,000 mile maintenance. (Oil change tire rotation) I was meet by a service advisor and took my name and phone number and was told it would be around 1 hour . Almost 2 hours later I get a blue link notification that my vehicle was close to fl-618 toll express . I go to ask where was my vehicle and was told I wasn’t even in the system and when I found the advisor he told me my vehicle had a recall and they took it down the road to fix the recall . I was so confused I asked why didn’t he tell me . If they were taking it off the premises I should have been notified and after all that he tried to get me to sign off on the work that they done and it was under someone else’s name. And I refused until he printed it out in my name . And after all that I couldn’t believe it but my tires weren’t even rotated I have Proof . I had one of the back tires plugged a few weeks ago and the same tire is still in the same place because you can see the plug. I’m not sure if I got a oil change or not :-( I’m so disappointed it has had me stressed out so bad . I put my trust in these people and they really let me down . More
The service department is the worst I’ve ever experience. The people who work there has zero customer service skills. They won’t call to let you what’s going with your car or return any calls. Harrison Perez is one of the best car dealers I have ever worked with. He was kind and courteous, helped us find the perfect car for my needs and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want or need.
