Customer Service is wack! Does not comply with scheduled appointments. Very disappointed in having to wait for amount 3 hours for service rendered when an appointment was scheduled to do a repair on my veh appointments. Horrible to say the least. Excessively long wait time. Arrived at 7:40am no one acknowledged or assisted me until 8 or a little after. My appt for an oil change and 2 tires was at 7:40 and I was to p/u on Arrived at 7:40am no one acknowledged or assisted me until 8 or a little after. My appt for an oil change and 2 tires was at 7:40 and I was to p/u on my lunch break at 1pm. My vehicle wasn’t ready until 5:45pm!!!!!!!! More
