Sales Department promised something, even put it on the “we owe you” sheet. They gave me the run around the three times I talked to them, and when I came in for install - which was not completed. Now I don’t have what we agreed to, or anything of similar value, and my rep stopped responding. Additionally, when I asked for information on the additional warranties they made me buy, no one ever got back to me. I was ok with paying for them, it was cheaper than the extra markup I expected in this market. But I got a big fat nothing. Thanks Benny. Never coming back. More
