I went in to have my car serviced and ended up purchasing (or so I thought) a new vehicle on 9/2. I had no intentions on buying a vehicle that day but was hopeful about upgrading my car, and was convinced (or so I thought) a new vehicle on 9/2. I had no intentions on buying a vehicle that day but was hopeful about upgrading my car, and was convinced to do so since I have been a loyal customer with Hyundai. I was told that because it was a holiday the banks were closed but that if I didn't hear anything by the end of the week from the financing manager then everything was all clear for approval. When I asked my salesman about it, he told me I had instant approval, but that was a disclaimer he had to give. However, I kept receiving rejection letters from various companies and credit unions so I reached out to salesman and received no response. I didn't receive any call from the dealership regarding my purchase either. I went outside to go to work and take my children to school and my car was missing. I called the sheriff's department and informed that they repossessed the car the morning of 9/24 a little after midnight. This is certainly not a way to do business, especially since I have been buying cars brand new from Hyundai for over 10 years. It would have been better to get a phone call to bring the vehicle back instead of them taking it in the middle of the night and putting me in a position to have to miss work and not have a way to get my children to school. Now I have to UBER to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle that I traded in. More
Stopped in to look at Palisade for my daughter. Tony greeted us and right away we felt at ease. No pressure. We explained were looking and Palisade was on list. Tony asked us model we'd like to see and took us for test drive. My daughter loved the car, and we proceeded to purchase. The car was actually a little out of our price range, but Tony and sales manager Matthew worked with us and gave us a great deal and a great price for our trade. Then we saw Keith in Finance. He was also great. Again, no pressure but explained options for ad ons and worked with our budget. All around great experience and would recommend them to anyone. Also, the Palisade is awesome. More

I paid for a coolant flush, And the mechanic drain, my My coolant that was in my car and forgot to add coolant back in it and my car smelled like it was burning for two days until Mario come and got it. Mario said the mechanic didn’t put enough coolant in there It was .He didn’t put any in there so it makes me wonder if they really did everything that they claim they did To my car I paid them $3800 that day For repairs so I will not be coming back to Brandon Hyundai I don’t trust you with my car anymore.
