Overall experience was okay, however there was a mix up with my service ticket and resulted in waiting longer to check out. The dealership clearly needs more staff on hand. I took my 21 Santa Fe for an oil change and tire rotation and when I got the car back from the service department they didn’t change the oil filter and didn’t do the tire rotation.
