The communication and service at this service department is the worst I have seen anywhere for any situation. I have had three different experiences, each one more frustrating than the last. My car is still is the worst I have seen anywhere for any situation. I have had three different experiences, each one more frustrating than the last. My car is still not fixed even though it was in the shop for 2 days this week alone. It takes over 25 minutes to get any contact with a service member due to the poor reception service. On one of my visits, I tried for the better part of two days to get a hold of my service manager and the service receptionist kept patching me through to Brian, with a consistent promise that he would be calling me back. Finally I found out from the manager he hasn't even been to work those 2 days! Delbert promised my car would be taken care of first thing in the morning when the part came in and when I called at 11, Brian said he didn't even know my car was there! It was barely done by 4 and that was with the car sitting there for 2 days prior and waiting for it the first day for 3 hours to even find out what was wrong. It's been a horrible situation that makes me wish I had never bought my car there. This is a new car that has now been in for service three times in the first 6 months of owning it. I brought my Tucson in for checking because a warning light came on indicating my rear brake light was not functioning. My vehicle was thoroughly checked and I was provided a video so I could see the ac light came on indicating my rear brake light was not functioning. It helps keep my car running efficiently. Excellent work by the mechanics and my service advisor gave me detailed information. I am extremely pleased. More

I came in for my 6 month service and Harold Dela Cruz helped me. I had called a couple of days before and talk to Harold And made arrangements to come in. Your customer service operators either connect customers to extensions that no one answers or take messages that never get returned. I was very happy with how professional and kind Mr De La Cruz was.
