Car had a blown engine Hyundai approved a new engine , however dealership apparently damaged car as it they replaced driver side headlight and also grille was never informed alao vehicle was never cleaned however dealership apparently damaged car as it they replaced driver side headlight and also grille was never informed alao vehicle was never cleaned oil fingerprint marks all over the driver side dood vinyl took photos also bird “poop” all over the car feom it sitting car dirty inside seat had oil fingerprints from mechanic have photos bad customer experience original service advisor never followed through with his commitments had to escalate it his manager Jason obviously was not very helpful showed no empathy followed the service advisors advice and I can go on and on had to pay for fuel pump when it was damaged as a result of the blown engine on the vehicle which was under recall they approved for the engine to be replaced but did not approve of the fuel pump and yet they changed the starter which was also damaged when the engine blew…ho figure military background for my wife stationed in South Korea they did not care also they kept hounding me after vehicle was repaired informed Jason kids mother just died kept hounding me about picking up vehicle Obviously he never listened then he finally said sorry after I told him about three times out of town taking care of a death in the family then after dropping off vehicle received a call from a company that repairs windshields asking me about doing a claim on a loaner informed them dropped off vehicle about 4 days ago nothing was wrong with the vehicle no crack in windshield they want to have someone call me about filing a claim advised receptionist at front desk we can take walk around the vehicle le to inspect everything she stated no need to she trust me and gave me the keys for my vehicle and I signed tje paperwork paid 156.28 and she gave me the keys for my vehicle so a horrible experience will not recommend this dealership for repairs to my worst enemy it is that bad More

Very cramp and untidy. All the chairs in the waiting area by services were all ripped up and snagged on clothes. I had a coupon for $18 oil changed, when I got the bill I was shocked to see a total of $2 by services were all ripped up and snagged on clothes. I had a coupon for $18 oil changed, when I got the bill I was shocked to see a total of $28. Wasn't my expectation, I was expecting to pay $18 plus tax which would have been closer to $20 rather than the $28. Another downfall it took over 2 hours to have the oil change done. On a plus side they were kind enough to give us a bottle of water when asked. I want to commend Larry, he was extremely polite, kind and friendly. I recommend that he's commended for an excellent job well done. Outstanding customer service. I told him he should get employee of the year. More
