I had a reservation at 10AM, and I had to wait with my car for nearly 45min. The first person I met upon entering was rude, inhospitable and unfriendly. Had a 12 oil change appointment and informed the service representative I was pressed for time and only had about an hour. I had gotten there at 11:45. At 12:30 my car was moved to a new parking spot and wh representative I was pressed for time and only had about an hour. I had gotten there at 11:45. At 12:30 my car was moved to a new parking spot and when I went to fine out why the car behind was going in I was told the mechanic was washing his hands and I am next. I was still waiting at 12:45 and the place was very unorganized with reps everywhere and cars parked waiting for service. I had to leave without service and take my car elsewhere. I have been coming to this site since 2000 , on my 5th Hyundai and the service has gotten worse. The site is much too small for the amount of cars serviced. If yo cannot service my vehicle cause you are overcrowded then tell me so and schedule me when you can. More
Engine Light came on for 3 time this year .I took it to Engine Light came on for 3 time this year . I took it to then service and told them it was a problem of the sensors . Due that this car was part of the famous recall in 2019 . And all other two times I took it also was the Sensors . That afternoon they call me to tell me the car would have to stay at least two weeks because they could not figure out what was the problem . I went angry to the dealer that same afternoon and your sales department save the day getting me into the new 2021 Sonata . Week later service call me to tel me they discovered it was a problem in the sensor and that they had order the part and my car would be ready in a few more days . When a week before I had already told them it was a Sensor problem . But I told him that now that car did not belong anymore to me due that I already had trade it in . More
