I took my car in for recalls and asked for them to check over the car because we were going on a long road trip. When I came to pick it up they said everything looked great and it's all set to go. 2 days la over the car because we were going on a long road trip. When I came to pick it up they said everything looked great and it's all set to go. 2 days later I received an email about a part coming in for my vehicle. So I called because I had no idea they didn't repair everything. I had to make another appointment to get it fixed. At this appointment I also asked for them to check the car over again. Well they didnt do it this time either. I already knew somethings that needed fixing and I was waiting to see if they noticed. And of course this time and last time they didn't even give me the report. So I went to a mechanic I trust and he fixed the 2 missing and stripped lug nuts. Also fixed air conditioner compressor, and changed the oil. I only go to this dealership when I have to because every experience I have is never a good one. Angel is polite and respectful and so was Marcus but as for quality of service a definite thumbs down. More

I had an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait but I had to wait almost 3 hours. I was very disappointed in the wait. The service was fine but the wait was not.
