I am new to Florida and needed my car to get serviced at my local Hyundai dealer. It’s not something I usually do but need too this time. Harold was the first person to help me and he is the best. Brandon Hyundai was the worst Hyundai experience I've ever had. They made me come in on Tuesday but my service rep had the day off. Bo one told ke beforehand, so I had to wake up an hour early, drive ever had. They made me come in on Tuesday but my service rep had the day off. Bo one told ke beforehand, so I had to wake up an hour early, drive an hour to get there, only to be told this. Came back the nrxt day and handed my car off, got ky rental which was surprisingly not a Hyundai loaner, and eas told to come back the next day to get my car. When I got ky car, there was a new rattling/grinding noise because the service technician apparently forgot to tighten the bolts. I've read the service manual before, every single bolt on the car has a torque spec it's meant to be tightened to, so it's really good to know they're just ignoring that. I do not plan to ever come back. More

Poor communication skills. The service department does not portray empathy for their customers, nor do they express genuine concern for temporary circumstances. I left my car in the care of the service department and was told that my vehicle would be ready for pickup on a Tuesday morning. Long story short, it was not ready until Wednesday afternoon. An obviously inconvenient situation. I rely on my vehicle for transportation to and from work 5 days a week. I live in Riverview and work in Tampa. When inquiring about a temporary loaner vehicle, the service department immediately declined without consideration as to how I’d arrive to and from work. I wouldn’t recommend Brandon Hyundai to my worst enemy. More
