The car was actually a little out of our price range, but Tony and sales manager Matthew worked with us and gave us a great deal and a great price for our trade. Then we saw Keith in Finance. He was also great. Again, no pressure but explained options for ad ons and worked with our budget. All around great experience and would recommend them to anyone. Also, the Palisade is awesome. More
I paid for a coolant flush, And the mechanic drain, my My coolant that was in my car and forgot to add coolant back in it and my car smelled like it was burning for two days until Mario come and got it. Mario said the mechanic didn’t put enough coolant in there It was .He didn’t put any in there so it makes me wonder if they really did everything that they claim they did To my car I paid them $3800 that day For repairs so I will not be coming back to Brandon Hyundai I don’t trust you with my car anymore. I was disappointed in the lack of communication from my advisor. I did not get any call, text, or email that my car was ready. I texted my advisor twice and no response. After three calls I was finally able to get hold of someone who told me my car had been ready. In addition, I expressed how my Apple car play was working intermittently. He did not seems to take my request seriously and stated it was probably an issue with my phone, although I told him it was the case with every phone that tried to connect. More
