While service writer was calm and polite he appeared to be unable to do anything about a three hour wait for a SCHEDULED simple oil change. Got there at 10:50 for my 11 appointment. Location needs a huge upgrade, having clients outside on messy chairs etc is not a good look. I waited 5 hours for a 4point inspection ??
