At my 12000 mile complimentary maintenance visit, a new tech really did a horrible job on the oil change and didn't rotate the tires at all. I called and let the service manager know and they were every re tech really did a horrible job on the oil change and didn't rotate the tires at all. I called and let the service manager know and they were every responsive in getting this corrected for me. I was met by the service manager and the owner upon my return and the problem was fixed. I appreciate that they corrected the mistake very quickly and had a good attitude all around. More

The last two oil change visits (with an appointment) took more than 2 hours. I appreciate that I was kept informed of the delay. But something has to be done about this.
