Angel was helpful and friendly. The job was make in a reasonable time, with no pressure for getting others services because the car has only few miles since the last maintenance. While service writer was calm and polite he appeared to be unable to do anything about a three hour wait for a SCHEDULED simple oil change. Got there at 10:50 for my 11 appointment. Location needs a huge upgrade, having clients outside on messy chairs etc is not a good look. I waited 5 hours for a 4point inspection ?? I had an appointment for 9:20am and I left around 2pm when all said messy chairs etc is not a good look. I waited 5 hours for a 4point inspection ?? My vehicle on the highway was pulling right, I was notified by my rep that it’s the highways and it can happen, he recommended a regular road which I did and it’s still pulling. I don’t normally do surveys however I’m spending my hard earn money for good work, I did not receive that. More
