There was an issue where the person working on my car obviously didn’t know what he was doing. I was there for 3 hours for an oil change, they told me every 20 minutes he was closing the hood and driving obviously didn’t know what he was doing. This is a follow up to my previous review of their service and my prescription eyeglasses and case missing from the console.. I stand by what I said before, Their customer service remains poor from th service and my prescription eyeglasses and case missing from the console.. I stand by what I said before, Their customer service remains poor from the service manager, Jacin Hogeland down. Jacin contacted me the day after my previous review and after listening to my complaints and not finding my eyeglasses he offered a partial compensation of $150 and an additional $50 if I changed my review. I advised Jacin I would consider it if reimbursed. To date, I have not been compensated nor have I heard or received any further response to emails from Jacin. I didn't ask for reimbursement, he offered a bribe for a good review and did not follow through. As I advised him in my last email to him, although Brandon Hyundai is more convenient, I will gladly take my business to the Hillsborough location. More
