Brandon Hyundai not only does great work but they accurately diagnose the problem with my vehicle each time. By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sell you defective vehicles that they know are defective and refuse to fix, attempt to fix and are ill equiped to fix ultimately attempting to put yo sell you defective vehicles that they know are defective and refuse to fix, attempt to fix and are ill equiped to fix ultimately attempting to put you in one of their new vehicles instead. They alter mileage on your trade to offer you less for it (an ftc violation) and consistently use bait and switch tactics. They add on unjustifiable fees to your financing such as "reconditioning" fees of $1500 and do absolutely nothing to either the trade or purchased vehicle that can justify the added cost. Then they string you along for weeks when challenged on their tactics and schemes until your credit has been destroyed with too many credit checks and bad loans that they say they repay and don't on the defective car that they have no idea how to fix but lots of ideas on how to sell. I would highly recommend going to another dealership not owned or operated by Morgan Auto Group unless you want to ultimately be worked over in every way imaginable. More
Good scheduling communication. Tech forgot to reset the service log, but basic maintenance seems to have been completed properly. Replaced my 2019 with a 2022 lease. Problems Hyundai does not have the needed parts to attach my rack to the car to carry my husband's motor scooter on the car. He is unable to get around now since Jun does not have the needed parts to attach my rack to the car to carry my husband's motor scooter on the car. He is unable to get around now since June. I was told the part would not be available until Sept. He is unable to get around out of the house. I had the rack on the 2019 but it does not fit 2022. The old parts don't fit 2022. Why do you put out cars without the necessary parts? My husband needs to be able to use his scooter. Harold did what he could do but he needs the parts from your parts department to complete the job. More
