The service center took 6 hours to complete my device when I was told it would take 3 hours. I then had to call up there and was transferred to the dealers, parts, and customer satisfaction before I was when I was told it would take 3 hours. I made a appointment online for a oil change and tire rotation special for $39.95. When I picked up my car the total was $61.67. The receipt states that Labor is $32.90 and parts were $ 19.25. So it was rotation special for $39.95. When I picked up my car the total was $61.67. The receipt states that Labor is $32.90 and parts were $ 19.25. So it was basically a labor service that was online.that is a form of misrepresentation to me!!! But the advisor was good at his explanation of these charges. More
