The oil change took 6 hours when we said we needed it soon, it took multiple attempts to get ahold of someone when I called to check on the status, AND they didn’t even vacuum or wash my car like I asked soon, it took multiple attempts to get ahold of someone when I called to check on the status, AND they didn’t even vacuum or wash my car like I asked even though the advisor said she would take care of it herself. She also never followed up with me on the questions I had about the issues with my car. I used to love taking my car here but the service and quality went downhill in the past 2 years. Very disappointed, I much rather go to courtesy Hyundai from now on. More
