The right hand don't know what left hand is doing. Price gauge as well! Tried to charge me double for a tire that is frequently sold in Walmart and Sam's. Prior to that, I called to see if the tire is there and told no. 30 mins later I get a call that the tire has been there and the service advisor, Delbert, had no clue. That was so unprofessional and reflects how incompetent the workers are. Regret buying my vehicle from this dealer already! Poor experience from the date of purchase 7.5.21 until the service date. I reported my entire experience to Hyundai consumer affairs. This place needs to be investigated ASAP! More
