I am going to admit at first this dealership didn't come up to par. They rise to the occasion in trying to perform excellence. They are not perfect, but they will go above and beyond to the limits of what they can do to ensure all your concerns are taken into consideration. I can say with certainty these staff will rise to the occasion when prompted.if your not satisfied with something management will personally reach out to you to ensure you they got you. Greg and Jason did everything they could to make my buying experience a positive one. When I came in for my regular oil change, they completely messed up a simple oil change which is ridiculous!! They completely forgot the oil cap and the oil has sprayed everywhere in my engine compartment. T messed up a simple oil change which is ridiculous!! They completely forgot the oil cap and the oil has sprayed everywhere in my engine compartment. There was no oil left in the engine and then my family and I smelled an awful burning smell as I was driving. When I came back to the place a few days later, I spoke with Joe D who said that they will go ahead and clean my engine and other parts where the oil has spilled. When I got my car back, I realized that they didnt even clean my engine where the oil spilled. They simply put the oil cap and that was it. I will not be returning back to this place again. Pure lazy job! More
