When I came in for my regular oil change, they completely messed up a simple oil change which is ridiculous!! They completely forgot the oil cap and the oil has sprayed everywhere in my engine compartment. T messed up a simple oil change which is ridiculous!! There was no oil left in the engine and then my family and I smelled an awful burning smell as I was driving. When I came back to the place a few days later, I spoke with Joe D who said that they will go ahead and clean my engine and other parts where the oil has spilled. When I got my car back, I realized that they didnt even clean my engine where the oil spilled. They simply put the oil cap and that was it. I will not be returning back to this place again. Pure lazy job! More

Great customer service just seemed a little short handed. I had to walk inside as no one came out to my vehicle when I pulled in. Went in for recall. They ran their tests and said it passed. They would not provide copy of report with tests ran. They only showed me the sheet that said “pass”. The told me on the phone I could get a shuttle ride home but after I dropped my car off at Hyundai they said the shuttle wasn’t running. It’s clear they do not care about customer service More
