So this is my second time going. Both were bad experiences. Both times I made appointments for simple oil changes. 1st time took 2 1/2 hrs and recently they got it down to 2 hours. Why have appointments if you don't keep a bay reserved for only appointments? Was going here because it's a dealer shop for my make of car. However after a second chance, I won't be back. More

I arrived early for my appointment at 12:45 and I was there for 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I did not receive my inspection report until checked out therefore not allowing me to the oppo there for 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I did not receive my inspection report until checked out therefore not allowing me to the opportunity to to have any additional services that were needed completed. In addition I did not receive a video of the inspection as I did at my last visit. Very disappointed in the service this time around. More
