I arrived early for my appointment at 12:45 and I was there for 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I did not receive my inspection report until checked out therefore not allowing me to the oppo there for 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. In addition I did not receive a video of the inspection as I did at my last visit. Very disappointed in the service this time around. More

I’ve spent $600 a few weeks ago to replace my shifter assembly. The gear shift still sticks. Sometimes when trying to get it out of park, sometimes when trying to put it in park.
