I was not pleased when I first pulled into the service area. Several employees were playing and one kept walking in front of my car as I was trying to pull in. He came out and we discussed the situation. I left the car for diagnostic evaluation and waited for information. Chad was quite communicative on the issue and status. The mechanic worked diligently to get my car fixed so I could head out of town. I truly appreciate the time and efforts that Chad and the mechanic put into correcting the issues! More

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the service coordinator was really helpful but the actual mechanic never give me an accurate diagnosis of my car, I paid a lot of money and my car still service coordinator was really helpful but the actual mechanic never give me an accurate diagnosis of my car, I paid a lot of money and my car still doesn't work. Mechanic told me one thing then I have to come back because my cat didn't work and the 2 time the mechanic tells me is a different piece. I guess that's how they make money. More
