By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. The first car I agreed to a price on the phone with a manager and called again on my way to confirm, but when I got there I had to wait o dealership. The first car I agreed to a price on the phone with a manager and called again on my way to confirm, but when I got there I had to wait over 45 minutes for them to try and find it on the lot only to be told it was previously sold. The next day they found a car at another dealer and said if I come sign for it they can get it within 48 hrs. I signed for it, financed the loan and then 3 days later they get the car but it is not the same car/vin#/color that I am legally registered to and have a loan for! A manager told me the delivery driver assumed I wouldn’t like the car I bought so he picked up a different car from the other dealer instead? Absolutely unacceptable way to run a business. More

I came to my appointment early. The service man was very professional and was kind enough to let me know that there are a few more cars ahead of me so there will be a wait. This was my first visit to Brandon Hyundai Service Department. Soon after I arrived for my appointment, I was helped by the outside staff on what needed to be done before the service tech was ready fo Department. Once Harold De La Cruz recorded what service I requested, all I needed to do was relax. Everything that I needed done or recommended service was completed in a timely manner. Harold kept me appraised of the progress on my vehicle and ensured that everything we discussed was completed. We reviewed all paperwork and once all was completed, Harold walked me to my vehicle’s location. I am confident in the service I received. More
