I was not happy with the way my service appointment went, and I sent an email to Jacin, and also corp. The gentleman from corp said he sent Jacin all the information and that I was going to get all weather m and I sent an email to Jacin, and also corp. The gentleman from corp said he sent Jacin all the information and that I was going to get all weather mats and a full detail for my car at no charge for my inconvenience. I never heard from Jacin, and I am still waiting. The person I dealt with in the service dept, is not listed here. I believe her name was Michelle. In any case, I'm not happy that I never received what I was promised and never received a follow up phone call from anyone from Brandon Hyundai. More
