ISG & FCA Systems inop. Said it would take 3-4 hour with oil change. 7 hours later oil was changed but ISG & FCA Systems still not working. Told to bring it back some time and leave it. Oil change took 15-2 oil change. 7 hours later oil was changed but ISG & FCA Systems still not working. Told to bring it back some time and leave it. Oil change took 15-20 minutes max. Seems like there was something they could have told me after another 6 1/2 hours - but nothing from the techs. Someone could have come out and talked to me. The Service Advisor (Faten) was fine but she can't help me if the techs don't help her. Truly disappointed with the lack of communication from the shop. More

I had an appointment Tuesday May 25 at 9:30am. I arrived at 9:15am and sat in the driveway for 1 hr before someone came to my car, said he would be with me in a moment. After another 20 minutes waiting, Dil at 9:15am and sat in the driveway for 1 hr before someone came to my car, said he would be with me in a moment. After another 20 minutes waiting, Dilbert came out, I told him what happened, he said let’s go inside. Now the first person came over and dropped of my paperwork. My appointment was for 58000 mile check. I mentioned that my AC has acted-up. Tech could not find anything wrong. Thank you Dilbert! More
